When I first dived into the world of nutrition and health, I knew I wanted it to be something more than just another run-of-the-mill program.


Before I understood Healthy Living, I was stuck in the loop of the diet mentality. I've been there, immersed in the diet mentality, fixated on appearance, and desperate for quick solutions.

Trying to lose weight through diet, nutrition, and fitness felt like an endless struggle, between deprivation and bingeing, restriction, and fleeting moments of guilty freedom. Calorie counting, various diets, and intense workouts proved short-lived, leaving me feeling unsatisfied even when I did lose weight.
